Broiler pan?!


Question: i just got one and have no idea what to cook on it, can i get any ideas, i have some meat and its "beef chuck tender streak" CAn i cook it on that? and how do i do so?

usually when i cook steak it gets really chewy and rubbery...

Lightly salt each side of the steak with Kosher salt, that will help seal in the juices. Then cook in the boiler until doneness you like, well done should be about 5 minutes, then turn and cook another 5 minutes. Rubbery means that you are using tough meat or overcooking or the meat is drying out.

make your steaks in the broiler with the broiler pan- should turn out like on the grill!
you can use any meat on the broiler pan- chicken breasts, pork chops, fish- whatever
