Are dry white (Cannollini) beans available commercially (in grocery stores)?!


Question: Very hard to find in mainline supermarkets in So Cal. I think Whole Foods carries them or maybe in an Italian deli or specialty shop. Ralphs, Vons and Albertsons do not carry them.

Canellini beans can be found in every grocery store in missouri...progresso has the best canned ones

If you want dry beans use Great Northern. So close you won't know the difference. Don't use Navy Beans. They are smaller and take longer to cook.

Yes. I buy them there all the time (Raley's, Lucky's, Safeway, and the like.)
