Why come every time I cook fish it turn into fish and I'm like ummm fish?!

Question: Try poaching the fish in a savory liquid...
1 quart of water, 2 tablespoons chicken bouillion granules, a pinch of rosemary leaves, some parsely, fresh ground pepper. Combine it all in a roasting pan and simmer the fish until the flesh is flakey and opaque.

If you still get a fishy odor in the house, clean the pans and stove/oven, and light a pine fragrance candle in the kitchen.
