2 c. chopped broccoli
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash ground nutmeg
3/4 c. light cream or milk
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Steam or boil broccoli. Arrange in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
Saute - melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour, pepper and nutmeg. Add cream or milk and chicken broth all at once. Cook, stirring until thick and bubbly. Add Swiss cheese and wine, stirring until cheese melts.

Pour 1/2 sauce over broccoli. Top with chicken, then remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice if desired.

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen broccoli, chopped
6 cups shredded chicken, cooked
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove the outer wrappers from the boxes of broccoli. Open 1 end of each box. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes, until thawed. Drain the broccoli and put into a casserole dish. Add the shredded chicken.
In a medium bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, Cheddar, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper, to taste, and wine. Whisk together to make a sauce. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and chicken. Mix well with a spatula.
Place the mixture into an 11 by 7-inch casserole dish or 2 (9-inch) square disposable aluminum foil pans that have been sprayed with vegetable oil cooking spray. Pat down evenly and smooth with a spatula. Combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes.

EASY CHICKEN DIVAN

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom
2/3 c. milk (a little less)
1 can Swanson chunk chicken (or do your own)
A little Cheddar cheese

Arrange broccoli in 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Blend soup, milk and chicken. Pour over broccoli, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until piping hot. 4 servings.

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cooked
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoon lemon juice (ReaLemon is fine)
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon margarine
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese





1. Grease a 13x9" dish.
2. Preheat oven to 350.
3. Cook broccoli slightly.
4. It should still be firm.
5. Cut cooked chicken into pieces a little bigger than bite-size.
6. Arrange broccoli in baking dish.
7. Place chicken on top.
8. Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder.
9. Pour on top of chicken.
10. Sprinkle with cheese.
11. Melt margarine and combine bread crumbs.
12. Sprinkle over casserole.
13. Bake for 30 minutes.

Chicken Divan


3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
2 pounds fresh broccoli (or 2 packages frozen) -- cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter

Drain broccoli and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place chicken over top. In a bowl, combine all soups, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread atop chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Mix dry bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle atop cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Quick Chicken Divan

INGREDIENTS
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 cooked boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese


DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place broccoli in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the chicken.
In a small bowl, blend the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly and lightly browned.
