How to cook Greens and sprouted beans?!
1. When should I cut greens before or after wash?
2.Can I make it liquid(Soup) by filtering the boiled greens in cloth well?
3.If I cook sprouted nuts and beans will it have same benifits as raw?

Hello,
1. You should always wash greens (any vegetables/fruits) before to cut them. By washing greens prior to cutting, they are clean from dust / mud / germs, chemicals, etc.
TIP: Always wash the greens in warm salt water atleast once, then in plain water. So that, if there are any insects etc, they will be removed.
2. I don't think you can soup boiled greens from filtering in a cloth. You need to grind them to make smooth paste / texture.
TIP: Not much healthy. Greens are always healthier either eating them as salads OR by cooking them in pressure cooker / in steam(covered).
3. No, by cooking sprouted nuts & beans, we will lose many nutrients, proteins. The sprouted beans are best to health when they are eaten raw. Try eating them as they are or add some salt & lemon juice.
TIP: Next time, try this one too: in a pan, take a little oil, add seasoning like musturd seeds, cumin seeds, add sprouted beans, stir. Turn off the stove. Add some salt and lemon juice. Enjoy.
4. Dates are healthy. They contain Iron and fiber. You can eat a minimum amount of 8 to 10 dates every day. They help with digestion.
NOTE: Doctors say that any fruit is best when you eat it whole rather than in juice. Date syrup is healthy but not as much as fresh dates.
TIP: If you are talking about Dry Dates, soak them overnight in a glass of water with a table spoon of raisins(kismiss). Next morning, eat those raisins, dates and drink that water. This helps with the dehidration particularly in summer times to the babies.
