Depending on how many people you are serving...and taking some help from the store. (and bear with me most of it is eye ball measuring and depends on your personal preferences.
Get a baking dish about 9X9 (for small batch) Preheat oven 375.
She gets a can of Pork n' Beans (brand) they have large and smaller cans.
She then adds a couple of squirts (about 1/4 cup) from her Katsup bottle and Mustard bottle (I like mine with less mustard) Then puts in a little bit of Lea and Perren's Worcestershire sauce and about a cup of brown sugar. Mix it all in and top with bacon strips. Cook about 15 minutes or until bacon is done and it bubbles in the middle...enjoy!
o.k. here's the best cheater recipe ever. Fry 1/2 lb chopped up bacon when starting to brown add a chopped onion, fry till bacon brown and slightly crispy and onion soft. throw in crock pot (you could drain first, but the flovour is so good with bacon fat)with 5 or 6 cans cheap pork and beans in tomato sauce and add approx 2TBL catsup, 3 TBL. molasses and 1/3 c. brn sugar. Mix and cook in crock pot 3 or 4 hours till beans tender and sauce starts to thicken. Also excellent do ahead- sauce is thicker and tastes better next day. Adjust any ingredient amounts to taste. You can't go wrong and will get raves,I promise
This recipe “serves two masters:” taste and time. It is unbelievably simple but produces a fabulous result.
ENJOY your baked barbecue beans and the company of those you share them with!

OKAY, here goes. Now this is my old recipe, just from memory.
2 cans van camps pork n beans
1 small onion chopped fine
1/3 cup brown sugar
molasses
Preheat oven to 350. Combine beans, onion, brown sugar and molasses. I usually put about 1/4 cup molasses. You can stir and taste test to see if you like it. You just might want more molasses or b.sugar. Sometimes I put a bit of chopped bell pepper too. After you have all the ingredients combined, put them in a baking dish. (I also do this)>> If you like bacon its mighty good. Top your dish off with sliced bacon, bake for about an hour or until bacon is done. If you don`t like bacon you can also use hamburger fried and drained, just add it into the bean mixture. I know alot of people who do it this way.I like the bacon one best. If you don`t want any meat, just don`t use any.
p.s. If your making it for a bunch of people, just add more beans and all the other extras. Good luck, hope I was some help.:)
Let me know if you try this, I promise its soooooooo good.
