Experimenting with linguine dish.. what should I add?!


Question: What would be a good addition to a linguine dish with lemon tuna, olive oil, and french-cut green beans?

diced red (sweet) peppers. Taste and color pleaser!

Roasted garlic.

Parmesan cheese and parsley to garnish.

Capers might be tasty.

cherry tomatoes

As already said - capers would go well. they are an honest match with tuna. As for the lemon - I'd use a teaspoon of the zest a nd not the juice.
Ah, the beans - save 'em.

Try browning butter with toasted pine nuts, sage and basil. A little feta cheese may be nice also...

Obviously minced garlic or powder, salt, pepper, some black olives, grape tomatoes and parsely.
