Sauces for sandwiches?!

Question: I'm tired of the boring old sandwiches for work, does anyone have a yummy sauce/spread they put on their sandwich to spruce it up?

i use hummus, salad dressings or salsa on my sammies!

I always make different sauces/spreads like...

Mayo and a little chipotle in adobo (spicy)

Mayo and chili seasoning

Mayo and wasabi

Mustard with honey and cumin

Just a few examples

with out knowing the bases of your sandwiche, as every topping is so different, but for me i like a real nice "chutney", fruit or mango or pineapple or just plain apple, does it for me.

Roast Beef is good with 1000 Island Dressing, Turkey goes well with an onion garlic cheese spread. Ham is good with Tartar Sauce.

This sounds weird, but it's really nummy, especially on a chicken or turkey sandwich!

Smush up 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce in a bowl, and stir in 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 to 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish .

The amount of horseradish you use is strictly up to you.
