Question: What are some really healthy things I could put in my trail mix? So far I have almonds, walnuts, dried cranberries, rasians, and cherrios. Thanks.

If you want it to be SUPER healthy omit the cheerios, maybe add in some dried blueberries since they are highest in antioxidants. Dried cranberries have a ton of sugar. Try a health store like Whole Foods and get the dried fruits or nuts that are referred to as "raw" they are dried without sugars or salt. They will probably be your best bet for "healthiest."
