Recipe calls for beef broth and i only have beef stock?!

The only difference is that stock is strained and broth doesn't need to be, you could keep what you used to make it in the broth to make a soup....

Actually, I think stock is better. Stock is made by boiling the meat, bones, and some vegetables. Broth is made by boiling only the meat and is more watery. Stock is much more flavorful and rich and will probably make you dish taste better. Good Luck!

Yes, your stock should be a little richer and perhaps have more color if the bones were roasted. Either one will be fine.
Taste it before you add any enhancements. You may find that you don't need to add much to it, to get a better flavor. If you add boullion, you are going to make it saltier; so do it before you add any salt.
