Have you ever heard of this stuff?!

Question: I've just read a recipe which includes "Crescent roll dough" I've never heard of it, is it something I can get hold of in Asda or Tesco (or any other supermarket) or can I make it myself,if so how?
Thanks in advance.

its the dough in a can, you buy it by like the cookie dough and the rolls in a can. its just cut to be rolled into crescents for rolls.

i really wrote that in a way that made no sense.
im sorry.
=(

It's in the dairy case in every supermarket in America-made by Pillsbury.

You can get it at just about any supermarket usually in the dairy area sometimes frozen baked goods.

It is possible to make it but it takes awhile to make it from scratch and it is just easier to buy it.

Making Croissants is a task that shouldn't be undertaken by the novice cook.......what your recipe is asking for is the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls in the refrigerated section of any well stocked supermarket (both in the US and UK).......Most major markets here in the US also have a "generic" or store brand which are much cheaper and do the same job........Enjoy!!
