When making a banana-yogurt-milk smoothie, what is a good low-fat substitute to use for milk?!

Question: I actually like to use quick oats and water. Start the smoothie by putting 1/4 of oats (oatmeal) in the blender and blend. Then add the rest of the ingredients as usual. Not only low-fat, but it adds fiber.
