Recipes for left-over pasta?!

Question: a healthy meal with simple ingredients! thanks!

Answers: a healthy meal with simple ingredients! thanks!

add a can of tuna fish
cream of mushroom soup
breadcrumbs on top
bake in oven for 30 minutes on 375
you have tuna noodle casserole

Baked pasta. Layer the pasta as you would lasagna, add sauce and cheese, and bake until cheese is melted.

Cook your favorite veggies and then toss with the pasta, hot or cold, and add some olive oil, minced garlic, salt & pepper to taste. Add some diced tomato for a little kick, if all you have is tomato, you have a simple pasta salad. You can serve this hot or cold.

sorry, but I'm going to offer a "treat" suggestion that is not extra healthy....but growing up in an italian household we did this from time to time with left over penne or spaghetti. Saute olive oil and onions... add left over pasta for 2 minutes. Done.

Not much to do with left over pasta (it's siggy) than to fry it. A bit of olive oil in your pan and fry it crunchy, add a little salt and eat.

Make a pot of soup and throw it in last or make chili and serve the chili over the pasta.

Left over pasta doesn't last long in our house. But, I have thrown it in when making soup. Vegetable, or just about any kind.
