What can I make for dinner tonight that's quick & Healthy thanks?!

Question: I actually just made some Garlic Ranch Grilled Chicken earlier for dinner. For four chicken breasts, just mix one cup fat free ranch, one tablespoon chopped basil, and two tablespoons chopped garlic and then put the mixture into a gallon ziplock bag. Put the (thawed) chicken breasts in the bag and leave the bag in the fridge for a half hour. Then grill the chicken and discard the remaining sauce from the bag. Make sure the chicken isn't pink in the middle before you finish grilling it. Then make a salad or steam some veggies to go with it.
