Peanut butter and butter sandwich is it good to eat?!

take off the butter, put it on whole wheat bread, and use organic(try the brand "naturally more")peanut butter...regular pb or reduced fat has sugars and trans fat...some organic pb doesnt taste good...try "naturally more" it has 169 calories and 11 grams of fat compared to 180 calories and 12 grams fat for reduced fat pb and it as less sugar and way more protein and is the best damn pb ever!


a pb sandwich is very healthy cuz it keeps u full for a long time and has lots of protein and on whole wheat bread it has complex carbs which keep u full even longer and the fats are healthy fats ur body needs and can also reduce cholesterol and has lots of nutrients! a pb sandwich is perfect, depending on what u use!!!

PEANUT BUTTER IS HEALTHIER

If you put it on whole wheat or whole grain bread it's not as bad. If you use reduced fat pb it gets even better. The butter is not a good idea, you already have a high fat product on the sandwich, which is providing you lots of energy and good fat. The butter is just a fat with little to no dietary value. Put all natural jelly/sugar free and you will be all good.

You know , I love unsalted butter on my bread before I spread my peanut butter. I know, not healthy, but the taste is heavenly.

get rid of the butter if u want it more healthy! Put it on wheat bread...

i'm not a big fan of pb & b...i prefer pb with jelly
