Healthy simple recipe's. Do you have any?!
Answers: I need a lot of healthy simple recipe'secipies, any thing from breakfest to supper and snakes would be great. Im 4 months pregnant and have all ready gained 10lbs. I dont want to get huge like I did in my preveouse pregnancies.
Here is a link, my sister lived by with her pregnancy. She always gained 50+ pounds with her first 3 pregnancies and with the last 2 she gained 25 - 30 lbs. She claims its because she followed the recipes on this site(link below). Well along with exercise. I liked them too. You will need to register I think.

snakes???
Just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Its good for both you and the baby.
LOL Some typos are just too funny. I have a feeling you don't really want recipes for snakes. But if you need "a lot" of healthy recipes, you'd probably be better off going to Google and seeking out some good recipes sites. I'm sure there are many that cater to healthy eating.
I only eat healthy, but I guess my creative nature (I make jewelry, paint, write) lends to being creative in the kitchen.
For something simple, try shrimp (saute it first with herbs and lemon in a little bit of canola oil) with fresh, crushed garlic, over whole wheat angel hair pasta, with a little olive oil added and more herbs and fresh garlic. Think about what ingredients are healthy, and create some meals accordingly,
Good luck!
Eat as much as you can for breakfest -
eat moderately for lunch.
Only froot snack for dinner.
Great breakfest recipy is slices of bacon seared on pan, when they've cooked for about 5 minutes, add a whole bunch of asparagus on top of them, cook for 2-3 minutes, then shake the pan and cook for another 3 minutes.
Lean the pan and scoop the food upwards so the extra fat remains in the pan.
When on plate sprinkle some salt if needed.
Rice and ovensteamed fresh fish for lunch - flounder is great.
Avoid the fatty fish like salmon, tuna, catfish. (but if yo truly crave them, do not listen to me, listen to your baby :)) )
dinner plan light and easy - salads, fruits. Do not give in your spouses cravings to eat heavy loads at night - think of next morning breakfest and all the calories you burn during the day. Whereas the night food just simply rotting and bloating you up. :)

ITALIAN TUNA SANDWICH
1 (6 oz.) can Italian dark tuna
3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 1/2 stalk of celery, chopped
1/2 tomato, seeded and chopped
6 or 7 black olives, chopped or sliced thin
1 teaspoon balsamic or wine vinegar
NOTE: If you're not going to use Italian tuna (such as Pastene or Tonno), don't bother making this salad. It just won't taste right.
1, Drain off the oil that the tuna is packed in.
2. Place the tuna in a small bowl. Add the olive oil, and break up the tuna, mixing it together with the oil.
3. Add the chopped onion, celery, tomato, and olives, and vinegar.
4. Mix everything thoroughly.
RANCH CHICKEN BREASTS
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs (plus some extra for pan)
3 tablespoons of Hidden Valley dry Ranch Dressing mix
Pre-heat oven to 375°.
Spray bottom of 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray, then coat pan with extra bread crumbs.
Mix dry Ranch Dressing with the 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs, then coat both sides of chicken breasts with the mixture.
Place in pan and cook anywhere from 30-60 minutes, depending on your oven
Giving you websites is easier than just listing a bunch of recipes. These are some of my favorites! Hopefully you find a bunch of things to make! Good luck with your pregnancy!
