Answers: chicken --> flour---> egg mixture--> bread crumb or crush corn flakes or crush oat then fried till gold crisp!

What are you using now and how long are you frying your chicken.Maybe your oil is not hot enough? You can make a batter or breading crunchy by frying longer. It helps after breading to let it sit 1/2 an hour before frying..makes for a nicer crisp crust.

coat it with egg and flour mixed with a pinch of pepper and salt... coat it with the mixed flour then the egg then the flour again.....

I mix crushed corn flakes in my flour mixture.

this is the easiest and best recipe for crunchy oven roasted chicken

rinse and dry how ever many breast you want to cook (be sure to clean any area very very good after handling raw chicken) then pat dry and lightly rubbing each piece with canola oil and olive oil and then generously sprinkle lawerys seasoning salt and place on a pan that has a roasting tray...if you don't have one you can create one buy placing whole carrots in a 9x13 pan and then place chicken on top of carrots (this elevates chicken and allows fat to drop to bottom of pan)...bake for about 1 hour on 350 uncovered or until very golden and crispy...remove from oven and let sit about 10-15 minutes before eating to let juices simmer...its really yummy! And since i am using the oven for about an hour or better anyway i always bake potatos also...i wash and dry them and then lightly oil or butter and sprinkle with kosher salt then wrap in foil....yummy meal and maybe serve with salad or whole green beans! enjoy
