Kitchenaid Mixer?!

Question: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product....

Is it worth it? I'm debating on whather or not to register for it. Do you find you get a lot of use out of it? I do like to cook and bake a lot, I'm just wondering if I can do the same thing with a hand mixer

I have owned my Kitchenaid Mixer for many years and the only way that I'd trade it in is for a different color!

The attachments include:

*Flat Beater
*Dough Hook
*Wire Whip
*Pasta Maker
*Meat Grinder
*Ravioli Maker (different from the Pasta Maker)
*Fruit & Vegetable Strainer
*Can Opener
*Ice Cream Maker
*Sausage Stuffer
*Grain Mill
*Citrus Juicer
*Plus more

Always Enjoy!

i think its worth it

Very much worth it. A machine can do a better job mixing than you can.

if i were you i would. its alot more convinient and easy

YES! I cook and bake all the time and I wouldn't have anything else! They're great!

I have a KitchenAid. It is awesome.
You set it to mix and walk away, which is much better than a hand mixer. Plus you can add attachments to it, so its not just a mixer. And it looks good on your counter.

It is so worth it. It will last a life time...or at least until the house burns down like mine did...first thing I replaced.

I love mine, but I don't think that if you have a good hand mixer that you shouldn't pay more for a kitchen aid.

Definitely worth it. I have had one for 15 years. I use it all the time. Much better than a hand mixer.

definitely, definitely worth it, if you are in the kitchen a lot. Or, rather, cook a lot.

But, if you are questioning needing it... then you probably don't. Most of the women I know, that use theirs.. wouldn't have ever had to ask if they needed one. Just get a hand mixer.

I have one and have had it for years. I probably would never make cookies if I didn't have it, it does all the work. It makes the best cakes and icings too. You're gonna love it!

Yes, it is worth it. I absolutely love mine.

YES!!!! do not think about anymore just register for it or one similar to it!! i've had one for a year now & i love it! i use it for everything!! i even bake more, from scratch!! my husband loves it too!! plus you can get all different kinds of attachments for it. very handy!! way better than a hand mixer, way better!!!!

I had one years ago and loved it. I try to do the same thing now with a hand mixer and it takes longer and doesn't come out as good. If the were so expensive I would get another one. If you can get it as a gift, get it.

Definitely register for it! Now is the time to get it. It's totally handy for baking, and it's not something you're likely to buy on your own... I really want one but I'm waiting until my BF & I get married, when I can register for it (& there's no harm done if you don't get it). Don't miss your chance!!

you should get the kichen aid mixer it will go a lot faster than a hand mixer and you can beat egg white

yes it is so worth it !! ;)

I've used my KA mixer for about 17 years now, and LOVE it! I would not register the "Professional" one, w/ the handle to raise and lower the bowl. Needless gizmos. Register the one where the head tilts back to get the bowl out. Cheaper, and odds are, you may get it.

You can get them cheaper than at BB&B, also, but since you're registering.....

It is totally worth it. I gave up my mother-in-law for mine! I have never been happier!

Seriously, you will be surprised how well a job it does. Just remember you don't need to mix as long as your do with a regular hand mixer. Pasta comes out great as well. It is well worth the investment!

I bought my tilt head Kitchenaid before last Thanksgiving from Amazon.com at an amazing price. At the same time I purchased an extra bowl from Kitchenaid. I was able to mix double batches of cookie dough, mix and knead bread dough, make the creamiest mashed potatoes for Christmas dinner, make whipped cream and meringues...my kitchen was just buzzing all through the holidays. You will need to allocate a permanent space on your kitchen counter just for this machine because it is much too heavy to move around. Register for the 5 qt. tilt head Artisan model...it is a fabulous machine that definitely will outperform a hand mixer.

its really worth it!!!
