I make a pot of rice and beans every Sunday night and eat for lunch the entire week. so I would say 5 days.

u are coolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll...

2-days tops i my house hold
am mexican and we eat alot of beans
so 2-day is the most i seen

3 days

Why not just cook 1/4 of the bag if you have so many? Dried beans will keep practically forever.

don't cook the hole bag, but if you do freeze them in a freezer type bowl, for the next time you want them.but if you don't freeze them they will only be good to eat for about three days in the fridge ,then they will turn sour ,

Usually three days is safest but you can do four. I would freeze one portion and then portion out two or three helping to eat during the week.

Pam

you may be able to save them for about 3 days , after that you might as well toss em , if there still there then everyones lost interest
