bread= 1.5points each
butter= 2points
chicken sandwich=5.5points
broccoli and cream soup=2.5points
carrot and tomato soup=0points

All adds up to: 14 and a half weightwatchers points.
i just took them from the weightwatchers book I'm on weightwatchers myself right now, lost 6lbs in the last week.
Best of luck......

If you are a member of weightwatchers you should have a little book which gives you an idea of the points and calories you have used.

I have no idea, but if you know the calories, fat, and fiber in those foods, then you can figure out all your foods yourself.

Here is a formula for Weight Watchers points value. It did not come from Weight Watchers, I found it online, but I compared on my Weight Watchers pointfinder tool and it matched up.

calories+ ten(fat)- 4(fiber)/50.

So if you eat a cookie that has 100 calories, 2 grams of fat and 1 gram of fiber, that's 2.32 points, so about 2 1/2 points.

100+ 10(2)- 4(1)= 2.32

Hope this helps.

Do it yourself lazy bones.
