Any healthy recipes for making quasedillas with a toaster oven?!

Question: Instead of tortillas, use wraps (for sandwiches), grill some chicken up or pan fry em up with a lil bit of salt and peppa, if you want you could add chopped up bell peppers, and i believe there is low fat shredded cheese out there. So throw all of those ingredients in bet two wraps squeeze em together and pop it in the oven, it should be around 10-15 min for that cheese to melt and wrap to be nice and crunchy, enjoy!

Yeah use whole grain wheat wrap with tuna fish from a can & some low fat cheeses.

You could also try a tomato w/ tuna fish & lettuce

or even really lean steak or chicken thinly sliced with low fat cheese tomatoes and lettuce

mexican foods have so many possibilities!
