You could have Chicken broccoli rice casserole. It's easy and really good.

4-6 chicken breasts
2 cups steamed broccoli
Rice*
Cream of Chicken
paprika
garlic salt
cheese

Steam your broccoli until tender and boil your rice according to the package. *For a family of 2, use one bag. For a family of 4 use 2, and so on.

Cook the chicken in a skillet with a little bit of grease and coat with paprika and a touch of garlic salt.

Mix cream of chicken with the rice. Add the broccoli and mix all together. Mix in some cheese slices. Sprinkle on some more paprika. Place the cooked chicken on top of the rice mixture. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.

Or you could have Chicken Parmesan
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. parmesan
2 eggs
splash milk
1 lb spaghetti noodles
4-6 chicken breast
2 tsp garlic salt
spaghetti sauce

Cook spaghetti according to directions. Mix flour, bread crumbs, parmesan, & garlic salt. In a bowl mix the eggs and milk. Dip thawed chicken in egg mixture and then in flour mixture. Coat Well. Cook on medium-low temperature in a skillet until no longer pink inside. Mix the sauce with the spaghetti and place in baking dish. Place cooked chicken on top. Sprinkle more parmesan on top. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Have that with a salad and stemed broccoli.

Hope this helps! :)

sorry YAZZ!! for the misspell!! Report It

  • Chicken parm.

Thaw chicken breast. Soak in egg mixture. Toss in a bread crumb/ parmasian cheese mixure. Pan fry for about 10 min then put in oven to complete cooking.

    Prepare spaghetti according to directions.

When chicken is done, side it with the spagetti, dump sauce on everything and top with cheese.

Chicken Parmesan , rice stuffed red potato's with a salad :))

well you could make ordinary pasta but you should chop up the tomato and add it to the sauce for extra flavor.....the first course a salad (classic) then have the past and since you ned to you the chicken you can cook the broccilli and then once its done chop it up into little pieces and then melt the cheese in the microwave and pour the crunshed brocilli to it then pour it over the chicken reast trust me its awesome and then youl get to use everything....and of course you use the parmesean cheese on the pasta lol hope it works out for you oh yea and you can mix the rice with the red pottos if ya chop em up and everything it good

allright im hungry now so lets see what i come up with...

chicken breast with fried rice (the yellow kind if u have it) add some of those tomatoes and spices to the rice to make it more latin like

then boil the brocolli and add that cheese (but melt it first) on top of it

then of course pasta with the spaghetti sauce and parmesean cheese (and try to add sour cream to pasta as well with a lot of butter and salt)

stuff for green salad, just make a side salad for the chicken and rice

red potatoes, i would boil them in a pan and peel them and then cut them like chips but thicker, then add onions to it and put oil on it and salt it (if you have fish this would go great with it)

there you go, if that makes sense i hope it helps you =) but im very hungry now lol

I also initially thought Chicken Parm, Bread the chicken breast, cook it in the oven for 30 minutes or so, take it out, put some parm cheese on it, put it back in for a couple mins until it's melted, cook some spagetti or any kind of pasta with sauce and a salad on the side, or grill the chicken with some seasoning, or bake it as well, boil the red potatoes and mash them with milk/butter and have broccoli as a vegetable

    CHICKEN STEW
1.5 lbs cooked chicken (no bones)
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can vegetable broth
    3 cans of water
    2 tbsp oil
    6 potatoes, chunks
    2 stalks celery chopped
    1 onion chopped
    green beans
    yellow beans
    carrots
    cabbage
    peas
    corn
In a large pot, sauté the celery and onion in oil until soft. Add broths, chicken and water (use chicken broth can to measure 3 cans of water). Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer.
Add potatoes. Let simmer for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Add vegetables; any favorite will do, frozen or fresh.
Simmer an additional 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot!! with fresh French stick bread.
Corn starch can be added as a thickener, but if you use extra potatoes and lots of vegetables it doesn't really need thickening.
    Enjoy!

If you have onions, garlic cloves and italian dressing.....

1 large onion,1 to 2 cloves of garlic, a little olive oil, some fresh greens (spinach or mustard green are best) can of stewed tomatoes, salt, pepper, grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup (give or take depending on your taste) italian dressing and pasta.
Cook the sliced onion and garlic in the olive oil for about 5 min., add the greens after a minute add tomatoes, salt and pepper, cook until greens are tender but still have a crunch to them, right before you remove from pan add italian dressing then spoon over cooked pasta and put a little of the cheese on top. Its very yummy. I don't eat meat, but my husband and daughter love this with baked chicken breast added.
