Are egg noodles the same thing as Chinese noodles?!


Question: hi I want to make a teriyaki stir fry I had at a restaurant the menu said Chinese noodles but I have egg noodles is it the same thing or totally different and will it taste bad in a stir fry?
does any one have any good recipies?

Egg noodles are pasta,you cook in water.
Chinese Noodles are crispy,cruncky and a brown color.They come in a bag or can.You sprinkle them on top of your food when serving.Like chop suey or on top of your stir fry....
They compliment the dish.

No you have to get chinese noodles the recipie will come out better. As for the good recipie heres one:

1-2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 bag frozen Chinese vegetables
1 bottle Lawry's teriyaki marinade
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder
soy sauce

30 mins One-Dish Meal
Chinese One-Dish Meal
Chicken One-Dish Meal
Cook the chicken in a pan until the outside has turned white.
Add the vegetables, garlic, 5-spice and the entire bottle of marinade to the chicken.
Cover and let simmer until most of the liquid has cooked down and thickened (about 7-10 minutes).
Add soy sauce if desired.
Serve over rice.
