Jambalaya

when i fix kielbasa, i make it with fried taters and onions with a little jalapenoes.

I cut mine up in spaghetti sauce along with some ground turkey meat....let it simmer and serve over spaghetti. Or you can sautee wiht onions and bellpeppers and serve on a bun.

We make knockle, cabbage/saurkraut, carrots & onions.
Using both hot and spicy paprika.

Saute some garlic in a large skillet. Cut the turkey kielbasa into 3 inch lengths. Brown on each side. Cover with 2 cans drained cannellini beans (white kidney beans).
Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 45 minutes to one hour. Stir to combine.
Serve with warm sauerkraut in cold weather or fresh Cole Slaw in hot weather.

When I make kielbasa, I just cut it into like 1-2 inch pieces, fry it in the skillet and mix it together with a box of mac n cheese. My daughter and I loooove it this way! Not all that nutritional..but good.

Here's a great recipe from my cook book. Every time I make it there are never left overs. It's not spicy but add additional black pepper to it for extra heat.
