Answers: every recipe i come across requires 12 ingredients or more. I'm looking for simple recipes with maybe 3-4 ingredients or less.

These are very simple to make, and most of the ingredients are already in your cupboard.
Pork Chops and Apples
2 medium unpeeled apples, sliced
4 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 pork rib chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
Heat oven to 350 F. Place apples in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Trim fat from pork. Spray a skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat 1-2 minutes. Cook pork in hot skillet about 5 minutes, turning once, until light brown. Place pork in single layer on apples. Cover and bake about 45 minutes or until pork is slightly pink when cut near the bone and apples are tender. 4 servings. Serve with baked potato and a vegetable.
HAMBURGER PIE
1 -1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can beef gravy
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 can water
Mashed potatoes
In a large skillet, saute the onion. Add the hamburger and brown in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well. Add green beans, beef gravy and water. Cook 4-5 minutes more. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes. Serve with a salad, and refrigerator biscuits. Serve gelatin for dessert.
CREOLE FRANKS
5 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 c. catsup
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1-1/2 lbs. frankfurters, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Cook the bacon in a large skillet, but do not crisp. Add onion and cook until tender. Add green peppers. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in pineapple juice, catsup and chili powder. Add frankfurters and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over cooked white rice or mashed potatoes. Add a green salad, and crusty bread with butter to complete the meal.
ONE PAN CHICKEN MEAL
4 boneless chicken breasts
potatoes-wedges
carrots
strips of bacon
Layer first 3 items. Then lay strips of bacon on top and season to taste. Add about 2-cup water to bottom of pan and cover tightly with lid. Bake 375 F. for about 1-1/2 hr. Serves 4.
BAKED LEMON SOLE
4 3-1/4 oz. sole fillets
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp. margarine, melted
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
Rinse fillets thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels, and set aside. Combine melted margarine and lemon juice in a small bowl. Combine flour, chopped parsley and pepper in a shallow container. Dip fillets in margarine mixture and dredge in flour mixture. Transfer fillets to a nonstick baking sheet, and drizzle any remaining margarine mixture over fish. Sprinkle fillets with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily when tested with a fork. If a crisper texture is desired, broil baked fillets 4 inches from heat for 1 minute. Garnish each fillet with a lemon wedge and fresh parsley sprigs, if desired.

2-3 c. cooked chicken, skinned and boned, cubed or cut into pieces
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked according to pkg. instructions
1 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream
Mix all together and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased, uncovered casserole dish.
Quesadillas and sandwiches need only 3-4 ingredients.
Macaroni&Cheese, Pasta, Cheese & Bean burritos.
Macaroni & Cheese: Boil water, boil macaroni, drain the water, add to pan, add some butter, mix the boiled macaroni and cheese, stir well. Enjoy.

Cream Cheese Chicken With Garlic Spinach
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons cream cheese with chives and onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bag (6 ounces) baby spinach
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pound chicken 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick and season with salt and pepper. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese along one side of each chicken breast. Roll chicken (if it's too thick to roll, fold it like a taco) and secure it with toothpicks.
Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until all sides are light golden brown, about 5 minutes total. Transfer to an ungreased baking dish. Roast until chicken is cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. When chicken is done, set it aside.
Return the skillet to medium heat with 1 teaspoon oil. Saute garlic 1 minute. Add spinach; toss just until wilted and bright green, about 1 minute. Serve chicken, sliced or whole, over spinach.

2 cans whole green beans
1 pack sliced bacon
brown sugar
black pepper and garlic salt
drain and rinse whole green beans and put in bottom of casserole dish. put uncooked cut up bacon pieces of top of beans. sprinkle brown sugar all over the top, then black pepper, then garlic salt.

Fast Recipe For Nutty Marble Bark
Your Ingredients:
6-ounces white chocolate baking bars
6-ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/4-pound hazelnuts or almonds, chopped
LINE a cookie sheet with foil or waxed paper.
IN a medium, microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate on high for about 1 minute. Stir once about halfway through. If it needs more time, microwave in 15-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
REPEAT the above instructions in a separate microwave safe bowl for the semi-sweet chocolate.
DIVIDE your chopped nuts in half and put into each bowl of chocolate.
ALTERNATELY spoon white mixture and brown mixture in rows, side by side, onto the cookie sheet.
SPREAD evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness.
USING a knife, lightly cut through each chocolate in swirls for a marbled effect.
REFRIGERATE until firm, about 1-hour.
BREAK into pieces.

Good ole Stand By Easy Recipe:
2 lbs pork loin
1/2 cup balsamic Vinager
1/2 olive oil
Seasoning to taste. I like Ms. Dash Extra Hot
marinate 2+hrs Cook in preheated (350) for 1 hour
Dinner last night:
1 package wild rice
1 cup regular rice
1 1/2 cup broth
Mixed in bottom of baking dish
3 chicken breast(season to taste)
Placed on top
Cover bake @ 350 for 45 min
Add whatever frozen veg you like and put back in the oven for 15 min
