Tuna/chicken salad with crackers, grapefruit, strawberries, carrot sticks, broccoli florets, cheese slices.

Shrimp and pasta (could be leftovers), apple, kiwi, spinach and romaine salad with tomatoes, yogurt.

Veggie dogs/nuggets/burgers, emuf, orange, banana, zuchinni, bell peppers, milk.

You could spend an hour or two on Sunday evenings portioning out things for the week ahead (that won't spoil.)
Wander around your local market and grab whatever looks best, chop/slice it up and bag it for the week. If you buy things in bulk, try bagging them in portions when you first get them home to save time and have something ready for the mornings you sleep late.

Oh all kinds of things! Mostly I like leftovers, but I also like to make little salads, sandwiches, wraps, crackers and cheese with pepperoni, little quesadillas (I use a biscuit cutter and cut out little circles of tortilla), mini peppers stuffed with cheese... Make sure you pack your lunch the night before, your morning will go much quicker.

pot noodle if you go for those things

Try Healthy Choice Steamers, they are unlike other frozen meals and have flavor & are actually really good. You could also try tuna sandwiches or lunchmeat sandwiches & yogurt & fruit

Soup and bread roll or bun, if you have a microwave at work.
Sandwiches
Bowls of salad.

Get everything the night before and grab from the fridge on the way out of the door.

Sandwiches fruit and chips, frozen meal like Lean Cuisine (really yummy), canned soup and roll, salad bar from the grocery store, tuna sandwich and veggie sticks.

Pack your lunch the night before if you are in a rush in the AM.

Cheese, crackers and grapes

What do you have for dinner? Can you make a little extra to bring some for lunch the next day?
I used to always pack myself a frozen meal, like Lean Cuisine or SmartOnes, plus a yogurt and some fruit. But of course you'll need a fridge and a microwave.
For snacks throughout the day...fruit, string cheese, nuts, crackers.

I like to make sandwich wraps. and here is the best way to take them. get a 3 sectioned covered container(flat style) in one section put your flout tortilla and meat of choice(can be sliced ham, turkey, beef) the two smaller sections put your toppings shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes whatever you like. take the container in the morning and assemble at lunch. You can make a few of these ahead of time so get a few containers.

When I was going to school I lived on easy mac and cheese or those little oriental noodle packages.. Just add water and nuke them. Not that nutritious but easy and cheap. Another good idea, in cooler weather, is egg salad sandwiches or just egg salad and crackers. OR..Tuna salad. tuna is cheap. Another good idea is to whip up a healthy salad. Look for yogurt cups on sale. Bananas are fairly cheap and so are apples. Keep fruit in your fridge and if you get in a hurry just throw them in your lunch bag. So many many options out there.

Those Starkist tuna lunch kits are good. They come with a pack of tuna, crackers, mayo, relish, etc. Very convenient.

ramen noodles are good if you have hot water at work there about 10 cents at walmart also theres hot pockets there sandwiches that you heat up in the microwave those are like 2 boxes for 5$ and theres lunchables, tv dinners, spaghetti o's and stuff just look for easy microwaveable items.

a beagle sandwich is filling, and real good with soup.[ only kidding about the dog] begal

Walmart sells wheat or plain pita pocket bread for a $1...I normally get those and feel it with lettuce, tomatoe, turkey, mayo and mustard....they hold quite a bit of ingredients and are really good. Or the campbells soups in a bowls are good...sometimes the kid in me comes out and I get lunchables. There's also Dinty meals, frozen dinners, etc.

You can make sandwiches and/or pasta salads the night before. Put them in your fridge and pick them up on your way out the door in the morning.
