Friday night dinner so good?!

Question: Hi,
I am a 22 year old male living in Canada. Every Friday night for dinner, I bring my self roasted chicken, then I cook rice, bake potatoes in the oven, boil some brocolli. Then I make my self a big plate with rice, roasted chicken, baked potatoes, brocolli, and then put some garlic sause and hot sause on it. Its so good! Is there anything I should add to this to make it even more tasty? What are your favourites?
Thanks in advace

Try this over rice:
Caramelized Baked Chicken

Roast chicken pieces with sticky, sweet and tangy coating.

INGREDIENTS
3 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.

U can prepare dhal along with that..It is protein rich..Just cook the dhal and eat it along with rice,,u can also add some more veggies in ur menu..

you can stick with the chicken, and make coucous instead of the rice, or mac and cheese. Instead of brocolli, you can have string beans and carrots. You blanch them and then saute them with some olive oil. Skip the potato and have some garlic bread. Enjoy. :)

Saute' some mushrooms in a, garlic, butter, lemon, wine-sauce.
You can serve them over the top of one of the other dishes or along side.
Every time I've served this it has gone over really "BIG" ! Good luck!
