I like buying the prepackaged meatballs at Sam's Club or at the grocery store. They are so easy to take from the freezer to the oven.
What makes them great is this easy sauce:
For about 40-50 meatballs...
1 Cup Ketchup
3 Tablespoons Worchestire Sauce (more or less according to taste)
3 Tablespoons Vinegar (more or less according to taste)
Mix and spread over meatballs while in the oven
1# hamburger
salt and pepper
1 slice bread torn up
1 t. worchestershire
mix up and use a sm. cookie scoop to make perfect size meatballs
You can bake these at 350 for 20 min
Or you could fry in a pan with 1 T. of canola oil
Or microwave covered for 10 minute
Make a sauce of 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 c.ketchup and 1/2 c. water and 1 and 1/2 t. mortons season salt or celery salt or onion powderor garlic salt or mrs. Dash seasoning
Place cooked meatballs in crockpot and pour sauce over. Cook on high 2 and 1/2 hours
