Get a few chicken breasts and some Mr. Yoshitas or whatever seasoning your looking for.
cut chicken into 1/2 x 4 inch strips.
Let marinate for 30 minutes.
flour lightly
pan fry on medium about 5 minutes, flip, repeat.
add some mr. yoshitas at the end if you like.
