well i like ham and cheese crepes
get a few pieces of ham and put it on the crepe maker(or pan) and sprinkle some cheese and some herbs(whichever, but rosemary is good) and some mushrooms if you like them, let the cheese melt, and then fold iin half
or for something more fancy
get some whipped cream and put it on your crepe, and then put some berries on it(strawberries or rassberies are yummy)
or lemon and sugar crepes are good
or you could cut up some banana and put it on the crepe, then get some dark chocolate, and then leave it on the pan and wait til it melts, then fold crepe in half. You could also sub nutella for the chocolate.

food.network - cheesey fruity crepes are my fav, but i can never pass up a savory bacon and egg crepe either. good luck

I make something with apples. I peel and core about 4 good size apples and place a small pat of butter in the pan and fry the apples with some sprikles of cinnamin. and then add about 1/3 cup sugar. donnot cook till falling apart.

I then take some cream cheese and spread on the crepe add apple suff and roll. yummy

for dinner: ham and cheese. The best (most French) combo would be an air-cured ham like prosciutto and gruyere.

for dessert: Chocolate hazelnut creme (nutella) and whipped cream, or orange marmelade, or bananas and walnuts. Any with ice cream, too. Raspberry chocolate. MMMM.

If you want sweet crepes......try berries, strawberries, raspberries etc.....dusted with icingsugar, and with cream or icecream on top.For savory.....try salmon, cheese and asparagus.

For savory:
I put a bit of chives in with the crepe batter, they look fancy that way. For filling I use chicken and asparagus or broccoli. I make a sauce with chicken stock, cream, a roux for thickening, sour cream and/or cream cheese if I have it, some garlic powder, salt n pepper and white wine if I have it. Mix some of the sauce with the chicken and put some chicken and 2 or 3 asparagus spears in each crepe. Line up the crepes in a baking dish, pour the rest of the sauce over the top and sprinkle mozzerella or parmesan cheese over the top. Bake at 350 about 15 minutes until the cheese melts and is bubbly.

For sweet crepes look up the recipe for Bananas Foster. It's my all time favorite desert and I'm not even a fan of desserts or bananas but it's delicious.

Yesterday, I had a mixed fruit and yogurt crepe from a local place.

It was just fresh strawberries and bananas and some canned pineapple inside. It was served with vanilla yogurt. (Don't get the plain yogurt. It's too bitter for a dessert crepe.)

P.S. The same place makes a breakfast crepe to die for. It has scrambled eggs, sauteed onions, and smoked salmon inside. It's covered with a sauce that begins as a plain Bechamel but has Swiss and Monterrey Jack cheese in it.
