I need a recipe for oven fried potatoes, what are some good ones?!

Question: Herb Potatoes
5 med red potatoes
6 Tbls butter
? tsp thyme (any herb or seasoning you like will do fine)
Salt & Pepper
In a med bowl melt the butter in the microwave and stir in the thyme. Cut potatoes into quarters and toss them in the bowl to coat them. Spoon them out onto a baking dish. Spoon extra butter over the potatoes. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered at 350* for 20-25 min.

Oven Fries
4-5 med baking potatoes (great with yams also)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch white sugar
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Salad Supreme
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, and coat well with vegetable cooking spray. Scrub potatoes well, peel or not as you like and cut into 1/2 inch thick fries. Place cut fries in a lrg bowl.
In a sm dish, blend the oil, sugar, and seasonings. Pour over fries and toss to coat all fries evenly. Spread on baking sheet in one layer.
After 20 minutes, remove from oven and turn fries with a pancake turner. This will help them brown evenly and keep them from sticking. Bake another 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender and browned. Serve immediately.

To cut the potatoes – first, cut them in half lengthwise. Then take each half and cut it in half horizontally, like a layer cake. So when you make your final cut into strips you have one set from the bottom layer and one set from the bottom layer. You should have about 16 - ?” fries from a med potato.

Slice red potatoes with the skin on, 1/8 inch or less. Slice lemmon very thin and add drained black olives. Toss with olive oil, fresh rosemary and tyme. Salt and pepper. Add crushed red pepper to taste. Roast in the oven at 425 degrees for about an hour. Toss half way through cooking.

What we did when I was catering is take small red bliss potatoes, scrub them well and cut into quarters. Then we soaked them in water for a few hours or sometimes overnight (in the fridge, of course). Before roasting, drain and then toss in extra virgin olive oil. Place in roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, a bit of cayenne, garlic powder. Put in a 450 degree oven for an hour maybe. The result will be a potato that is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. 5 star!

Wash and cut up potatoes, leaving skin on. Coat with olive or vegetable oil sprinkle on dry onion soup mix and bake at 375o for 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown.

Rosemary oven fried potatos. Cut your potatos to she size you want, put them in a gallon sized zip top bag put in about 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary. bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and crispy turning them once.

If you've got baby potatoes just cut in half, other wise peel off spots then chop in 1 inch cubes. Heat over to 400 and preheat a cast iron skillet in the oven. Rinse and dry! In a large large bowl pour 2 tbsp olive oil for 1/2 pound potatoes. Add 1 tsp kosher salt and 1tsp fresh cracked pepper. Toss your dried potatoes in the seasoned oil until coated on all sides. Pour all into the hot skillet. If you like garlic, roll a whole head in the oiled bowl until coated then toss in skillet root side down and get some roasted garlic while you're flavoring the potatoes. You can make your "fries" long and skinny instead of cubes if you want. This recipe makes them really crispy. You don't turn them at all, just let them crisp up all over for about 35 minutes.

Slice potatoes, put salt and pepper, any seasoning you like, like garlic, then put olive oil and lemon on it and then mix it up with your hands then oven fry.,
