Looks like she could have white pizza with chicken and/or onion and/or mushroom, fried chicken, plain burgers with cheese (for takeaway) She can have fruit pies or cobblers. Fried fish, grilled fish, poached fish (good with fresh or dried dill and garlic). Pasta alfredo with or without chicken and asparagus. Pasta with olive oil and garlic.
Roast turkey, duck, pork or beef (wiith sauteed onion, garlic and mushroom). Kasha. Corn pudding. Cucumber salad. Omelets, or any kind of egg dish. Tuna Salad sandwich, Egg Salad sandwich. French toast. Mushroom quiche. Milkshakes. That's just off the top of my head.
sauteed pork, onions, mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese.
How about some thai green chicken curry with bamboo shoots served on couscous? Delicious, and seems to fit the description well.

stir frys . . . pick the veggies and chunks of meat she likes and can have, stir fry the meat first, add the vegetables and season with a stir fry sauce (many to be found at any grocery store) and serve over barley, pasta or polenta (it's made of corn). you can make stir fry 7 nights a week and always have something different. it's fun to experiment.

she can either season and sautee beef, pork, or even turkey breast cut in strips with some onion, garlic (bell pepper if possible) and have fajitas on wheat tortilla bread topped with cheese and sour cream.
