Could I please get the recipe for Jalapeno...?!
Answers: Jelly? You know- the delicious kind that is bright green and you eat it with cream cheese and ritz crackers??? My family loves it and now we can't find the recipe! Thanks ahead of time! =)

1 jar salsa jalapeno peppers
1 jar Certo
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
7 (8 oz.) canning jars
Mix salsa, vinegars, and sugar altogether. Put in large pot and bring to boil; boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add Certo. Put back on stove. Bring back to boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into hot, sterilized 8 ounce jars.
Makes 7 jars.
This looks like a good one, though I'd use a higher proportion of green jalape?os and fewer of the red bells, myself.
