Other things that you could use a lot of milk in, would be creamy soups. I think they normally call for cream but you could substitute milk.

Sour cream, yogurt, and cheeses are all good sources of calcium too.

You know... our bodies stop producing lactase when we are around three... So, we do have a hard time digesting it. Did you ever try soy or rice milk in a smoothie? It's fantastic.

Puddings.

light yogurt
low-fat cottage cheese
low-fat ricotta cheese
all low-fat cheese!
sugar-free pudding

Puddings, flan, and don't forget yogurt , which has calcium.

Rice pudding.....junket, both English recipes but very nice.
