Has anyone made this recipe? And if so, how is it?!

Question: It's a ham & swiss pie- pie crust, thinly sliced ham, swiss cheese, sour cream and eggs (mix all of that together, except ham) and put processed cheese on top bake at 350* for 40 mins. So, please give me your take...

This sounds like a variation on a basic quiche recipe using sour cream instead of milk or heavy cream. I haven't made this exact recipe but I assure you it will be delicious.

You could easily make variations by using crumbled bacon or sausage for the ham. Use whatever hard cheese you like. Cheddar, colby cheese or pepper jack would all be very good. I just love quiche.

I'd love to have your recipe. Can you post it?

it's delicious

sounds kinda like a quiche. yummy!

That sounds like a yummy shortcut quiche.

I make a similar quasedilla (replace pie crust with big soft taco shells and dry-cook it) with the same fillings and stuff and it gives me an orgasm!

Hi there......interesting spin on that classic, Quiche Lorraine.....I'd be interested in how that comes out, using the sour cream in place of half and half or cream.......I'm starring this question to see if you leave any comments as to how it comes out.....Enjoy!!!
