How do you make a long island iced tea? I've heard some people use more shots than others? Can you use diet?!

Question: 1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola?

Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

1/2 shot each of Vodka, Gin, Rum, Triple Sec, and Tequila. equal parts of sweet n sour and cola (diet is ok)

Diet Coca-Cola may change the taste slightly, but probably not enough to notice the difference. However, I would not recommend using a different brand of diet cola,

I use the same recipe for Long Island Iced Tea as EBH. (above)

mmmm- sounds good. if they weren't so expensive at the bar, though. and women always seem to want them.
