Low carb recipes for ground chuck?!
Answers: Yeah, I know.... ground chuck really isn't healthy, but amuze me if you can, please.
The ground chuck is low carb. What you need to do is watch what you add to it. Do not add bread crumbs, crushed crackers, sweetened sauces, etc. Use instead soy sauce, mustard, and other low carb foods. You can make hamburgers (use portabella mushrooms for the buns), meatloaf, hamburger steaks, meatballs, etc. Go with what you like as far as seasoning, watching the sugar content as you go.
U can either choose ground chuck or beef. But i like chuck too!

2 # Ground beef
1 TBSP Chives, minced
3/4 tsp Tarragon
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup scallions, minced
1 small tomato diced
1 egg. beaten
6 oz cheddar cheese, grated
Combine all ingredients except the cheese. Form twelve patties. Divide cheese onto six of the patties. Place a plain patty on the top of a cheese patty and seal the edges. Cook on an outdoor grill, or cook in a skillet with 1 TBSP melted butter.
