20 min. a pound works for just about any meat.

Thsi chart keeps you from having to use a meat thermometer; just set a timer!

In general, poultry is 165oF internal temp (not near bone); beef and pork is 155oF; lamb is 150oF. You can take them all off 10oF below these target temps and set on a plate, cover w/ foil, and let sit 10-20 min. The heat from the meat will continue to cook it, raising the temp to desired goals.
