wheatees and apple

Eat before your finals. Dos not matter what type cereal but I think I would eat a banana. And yes I thin I would eat a snack between the test. Always good to keep you mind sharp.

Wheatees, Apple.

wheatees with a banana.

Wheatees are healthier. Bananas are more filling with lot of potassium. Vitaman water and granola bars are good.

Wheatees: You need your fibre

Apples: You already got enough fibre from your wheatees.

I would just have the vitamin water and maybe some crackers. You should not have to much fibre in one day.

In order to stay focused you need to have protein in your meal. The items you listed will be digested too quickly and may cause you to loose concentration during your tests because you are hungry. Have eggs or yogurt or something along that line with a carb source. If youre stuck go for wheaties, with an apple.

Cheerios, apple.

No wheatees, banana, or fiber. I'd say those might make you need to go to the bathroom when you're needing to be focusing on the test.

wheatees and an apple

wheaties is the breakfast of champions! lol i think theyre both the same ish

Mix the cheerios & wheaties together &slice the banana on top and add some milk.
Eat the apple on the way to school.
Take a bottle of water and your fibre granola bar for a snack.

definitely banana instead of the apple. i'd say whichever cereal has more fiber...that's the important bit for you.

you know that vitamin water isn't all that good for you, right? it has sugar in it...the vitamins are ones you can get in a multivitamin and you can only absorb them with food anyway.

Cheerios seems more filling than Wheaties, with a banana, take the apple and the water/fiber bars with you, eat the apple mid morning whether you are hungry or not, then eat the fiber bars between classes, and a good lunch, no McDonald's, pack your own healthy sandwich or get something filling but not too full of fat so you will not be hungry, but won't get urge to take a nap. Good luck, hope you pass everything

Breakfast doesn't matter too much, no meat, it will be too heavy and you will be tired.

There is an important thing you can do that will help with your finals.

1. Go into the room where you got the information that will be on the test. "lecture hall, class room, etc." about 15 minutes before the test, if you can, to review.

2. Eat a piece of hard candy, if you are allowed, right as the test is being passed out to take. The little sugar will help your memory and you will do better on the test.

Actually, I would have some protein - scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast with peanut better, ham, a smoothie with protein powder, heck even cold pizza would be good. High fibre cereals are great as they will keep you full for long periods of time as well! Hydration is important, so drink water before you exam (not so much that you will have to leave every 5 minutes to pee). Best of luck!!

Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day.

Eat easily digested foods that won't give you a sugar rush. Wheaties with sliced banana's instead of sugar, would be good. Yogurt would be excellent. Skip the vitamin water, and drink plain old water. High fiber is good, but don't eat on empty stomach. Intestines don't like it too good! LOL

both cereals are really good source of fiber and good for ure brain!!! and ill choose a apple les glucose and better nutrients then bannana!!!!

You are looking for a breakfast that will give you the energy to last through your test. I respect what you are doing.
here is what I recommend:

6ozs orange juice
6oz bowl of Oatmeal (br.sugar,milk)
2 slices of wheat toast
4 ozs of fresh blueberry's or blackberry's

Get plenty of sleep the night before.
stay away from any coffee or soda caffeine can slow the brain down.
Focus's on the end result that you will do well, stay positively and you will do well...

Eat whatever you want, but I suggest you stay away from high sugar content foods. You will run the risk of your sugar high running out in the middle of your test and causing you to get sleepy.
