How do I make fried rice using the minute rice?!

Question: I have tried cooking the minute rice and then frying it in a pan with broth (beef or chix) and then adding some scrambled egg. This did not turn out bad but the rice is still really moist and not like fried rice at a restraunt. Would cooking the whole time in the frying pan with more broth be the key? I am not sure! Plz give me any ideas or recipes that have been tried and proven! Thank you!

u dont fry rice with broth (hehehehe). Keep the rice in the fridge for at least a day . Then add whatever condiment you want. Shrimp, garlic, onion, sauces (little bit only) and veggie. Cook in high heat but stir very quickly for few seconds.

what you have to do is make the rice......then......put it in the fridge for an hour or so until it cools off and is cold to the touch.

Then, cut up garlic and onions and fry in peanut oil or equivalent until turning brown. At this time add carrots, peas, or whatever you would like.

Now, add rice and stir to cook and coat......add soy sauce.....then, finally, add eggs and mix well......should be done and taste like the restaurant....

cook the rice, and add dry boullion and FRY the rice in oil in the skillet, rather than adding more liquid. you can also add the veggies and egg to it as you fry.

Use cold, cooked rice. otherwise it will be sticky. Minute rice tastes different than regular rice.It tastes like cardboard to me.

You cook in wok, in small amount of oil, diced onion, celery till soft. then add 2 cups of cooked rice. Pour kikkoman's soy sauce occasionally, stirring gently , until the rice is a very soft brown color. You may add cooked vegetables like peas and carrots. When done, push to sides of the wok, leaving empty center. Pour 2 beaten eggs into center. Place lid on for a few minutes until the egg is cooked. Then break it up into small crumbles and mix crumbles in with fried rice.
