Question: I bought 2 frozen lobster tails and I would like to grill them if possible...Any Sugestions?

Defrost them ,then split them in half length wise,mix a little butter with garlic,brush on the meat side then grill, meat side up until the shell turns red and the meat is white all the way through. watch very carefully as they don't take long .

Get a pot of water with a collander big enough to stay on top. Place the tails on the collander then put the top to the pot on top of the tails. let steam rise until the tails are fully tender. Then call me over...

steam them ,,,,, grilling tends to make them tough ,,,, you can do indirectly over water on grill to give smoky flavor though

you should also take some wooden skewers and stick them along the sides to keep them from curling either method
