One of my favorites is cream cheese with jalapeno-strawberry jelly right on top. Serve this with ritz crackers!
Another easy one is what my family calls Puke Dip. Soften cream cheese and then spread directly onto a large plate. Top with a can of chili and then 1-2 cups of shredded Mexican, cheddar, or monterey jack cheese. Microwave for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese and heat the chili. Serve hot or at room temperature with tortilla chips.
This is also great!
Buffalo Chicken Dip

--Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing, and red hot sauce. Fold in shredded chicken. Spread mixture into pie plate sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add cheddar to top and bake an additional 10-15 minutes. *Serve with fritos or tortilla chips*

The easiest one I make is Ranch dressing with bacon bits. Just pour the dressing in a bowl and stir in bacon bits. Everyone thinks it's homemade.
You might also want to look over my dip recipe collection. I use them with vegetables most of the time (due to high cholesterol), but they work fine with chips and crackers too.
