Healthy snack/breakfast on the go?!

Question: My husband and I commute two hours a day. We need healthy ideas for snacks/breakfast we can eat while driving. We'll eat snacks for breakfast, etc. Some things we've tried: V8 juice and cheese stick, wheat crackers and deli meat, deviled eggs, etc.

Any ideas?

Some granola bars would be great..I get the Fiber One Chocolate bars or the Quaker ones....they also have some great 100 Calorie snacks too, my fav are the lorna doone (shortbread) cookies. V8 juice, cheese sticks, crackers and deli meat are fine too. Or you guys could get one of those large veggie trays and the night before, put some of them in a container/ziplock bag so you can just grab in go in the morning...or even sandwiches prepared the night before or the tuna packs. I'm always on the go being in the military so I try to cook enough food on my day off to last me a couple of days.

blueberry muffins

I find Simply eating two bannanas (pardon my spelling) sets me up for a good day, bannanas as super fruits and are full of good healthy things

cereal bars
bran muffins
orange juice
fruit
yogurt
whole wheat toast
