I have no skill. please help. lol.?!

Question: Ok.. my neighbor just brought us this fresh salmon filet..
I only have a couple things to cook it with.. any suggestions??

I have a rectangle glass pan to cook it in, or i have frying pans and all that stuff.
should I oven broil it? bake it? what temp? how long? pan fry?

I only have a few seasonings,
Lemon Juice, Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, Cajun Seasoning, Mrs. Dash Mesquite blend seasoning, salt, and pepper...
oh and some Herbs De Province rub.

I have the sides covered, i'm just going to make mashed potatos and some green beans.

but what spices and what method of cooking.

oh and I have bacon, if that matters?? lol.

and cheese. but again. i don't think salmon and shredded cheese go together.

Low temp roast it. It'll come out tender and moist. Drizzle it with olive oil or dot it with butter, put in your baking dish, roast in a 250 degree oven. It's done after 20 min. What's good is that if you're not ready to eat it yet, you can leave it in the oven. (I'd lower the temp to 200)

Salmon needs like nothing....
Here this video is helpful....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvsZmTcJk...

put it in the glass pan in foil 1st like a little pouch sprinkle with mrs dash and lemon and put in oven for 30 minutes once it's firm it's done. Enjoy!!!

Just spray the glass pan with pam.
Put the salmon in it,
Bake it at 350 degrees till the meat flakes easily in the middle when you try to separate it with a fork. It won't take long, like 20 minutes or so depending on how thick it is.
Then serve it with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

put it in the oven on foil with salt pepper and lemon juice. if u have any tomatoes put them in too.
salmon doesnt take as long to cook as every1 is saying, i give it 8-10 mins if u do it for more it dries up.
good luck
xx
