French toast Always! because its super yummy. Also on scones mixed with sugar. And heres the top secret one that I have never heard of anyone else doing, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (with raspberry jam) its really good!

Very good on french toast . Almost a requirement . Are you asking what to use cinnamon for? Always goes well with apples, in anything. mmmmmmm!!! ;D

Interesting question...I use cinnamon in many applications...both savory and sweet...sometimes in a stew..just a bit will bring a bit of heat and roundness to it....and french toast...a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg a must...what would apple pie be without cinnamon...so yes I guess I do..just never really thought about it...so there you are

Cinnamon is very useful in many dishes not just cakes or pies, but yes, I use it in a lot of my baking recipes.
It is good on french otast, and I also like toast with peanut butter and cinnamon and sugar srpinkled on top. Yummy!

Cinnamon is not only a nice spice to add, it also has health benefits. I watched a PBS health show where the doctor (I have forgotten his name) talked about the physical properties of cinnamon, and how he discovered that cinnamon might help lower the risk of diabetes - and may even prevent it in some people, while lowering the problems in people who have it.

He suggested a 1/4 teaspoon every day. One benefit is that it tastes good, and happens to be good for you. You would put it on your morning cereal, or in a tea or coffee.

I like cinnamon in hot chocolate, especially in winter. It seems to have some warming properties.

Also on pies, and put it on top of anything with whip cream.

Cinnamon adds a nice kick, and flavor in many baked deserts. Also I have tried cinnamon (powdered) on toast with butter. It was interesting.

(Relieves pain in muscles and joints, helps to prevent tooth decay, and helps digestion, amongst other things.)
