cut in hal,f removed sead, peel, eat

Cut it in half, take out the pit, sprinkle sugar on the top and eat it with a spoon

Cut it into slices making sure to avoid the pit, and add it to your favorite sandwich. It's good ****!

add salt to it or lemon.it taste creamy and good i eat by scouping it out with a spoon

Put small chunks in salad; put slices of it on a hamburger; mash it up, add sour cream to make guacamole . . . .

You can put salt in it. It tastes better that way.

Btw, avocado is just green fat.

I like to add it to a salad with black beans, corn, avacado & tomatoes (plus whatever greens I have on hand)

I also like it on a sandwich with chicken & honey mustard.

It's pretty bland plain. Dip it in some Italian salad dressing. Or cut it up into a bowl, add a dollop of mayo and a splash of Italian dressing. Mmmm!

cut in half lengthwise (not through the seed just follow it around) ,and pull apart ,holding the half that has the seed smack it with the sharp side embedding the knife in the seed and give it a sidewise twist to remove.
using a spoon slide it inbetween the skin and the flesh working it around untill it come out , slice and eat with salt and pepper. or
I just pour soy sauce in the seed hole and eat out of the shell, sometimes ranch or bleu cheese dressing.

You can make a salad with it. You can top a sandwich or a burger with some slices. You can make guacamole.

wash, cut in half, to the seed, twist and open. Remove seed and disgard. remove the inside with a spoon by sliding it between the peel and the flesh. Put it in a blender. Add 3T coarse chopped onion, 2-3 T cilantro leaves, 1 shake of garlic powder, 1/3 t salt, and pulse blender until it is smooth. If it will not go totally, at this point add 1 can fat free chicken broth and juice of 1/2 lemon, blend again. Then add 1/4-1/2 c heavy cream. Blend again. Taste for season. Remove to bowls. (about 4)

Garnish with finely chopped tomato, dollop of sour cream, lemon zest and shake of cayenne pepper. Serve with plenty of tortilla chips.
