Answers: It's pretty healthy, but you should focus on the white meat. As far as cooking it, if you cook it as a whole, make sure you bast it every half hour or so and when it's done, let it sit for 15 minutes, carve it, and pour the juices from cooking over the top to make it a little more moist.
