No, I don't like hot dogs.
I like cream style corn as a soup with one can milk added.
We ate that as a corn soup as kids. I would like to eat a regular hot dog on a bun with it though.

I love corn - and your dad's dish sounds OK for someone else who loves it. The hot dog just adds interest and makes it a meal.

My dad liked to eat cream corn with fries, I thought it a little gross until I tried it and it is really good. Maybe you should open your mind to new and interesting flavors and try it.
