Potato salad?!
Answers: I made a potato salad a few years ago, I think it was a Nigella recipe, but I can't find it. It had potato, peas, crispy bacon and the dressing used sour cream and mayonnaise. Does anyone know what recipe I'm talking about ? Please help, I want to make it again !
Texas German Potato Salad
2 pounds red potatoes, scrubbed
1 (12 ounce) package sliced bacon
2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3/4 cup chopped green olives
5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 pinch Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing
1 pinch paprika, as garnish
Place the potatoes into a large pot and fill with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until tender enough to pierce with a fork. Drain, cool enough to handle, and cut into cubes.
Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Reserve bacon grease.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, olives, eggs, Italian seasoning and ranch dressing. Crumble the bacon into the bowl and pour half of the reserved bacon grease over all. Stir gently until everything is evenly distributed. Garnish with a dash of paprika before serving

They have over a hundred potato salad recipes.
Well, here's my Aunt Nancy's delicious potato salad recipe although it doesn't have peas. But I'm sure that you can just add them if you like her recipe.
Potato Salad
6 medium potatoes, peeled, diced, and boiled in salted water until tender
6 hard cooked eggs, peeled and chopped (freshly cooked and still very warm)
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced (include green tops)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2-pound cooked and crumbled bacon (use kitchen shears to cut bacon before frying)
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1-1/2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise (you may need more or less)
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp granulated sugar
1-1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp celery seeds
2 T prepared mustard
1 T apple cider vinegar
snipped scallion greens
COMBINE potatoes, chopped eggs, scallions, celery, crumbled bacon, and sweet relish into a mixing bowl. Toss to blend.
IN a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, celery seeds, mustard, and vinegar until well blended. Add to potato mixture and toss to blend all ingredients.
REFRIGERATE overnight before serving.
Always Enjoy!
