canned? of course. when you buy the canned veggies they are partially cooked already, so you're not hurting anything by using it in a day or two.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking...yes you can reuse corn. If you cooked it one night, you can reheat it the next or use it in a different recipe.

You can also make fried corn cakes with leftovers, add eggs sauteed onion a little flour and drop spoonfuls in a little hot shallow oil.
Or make mexican cornbread with browned burger, rotel, cheddar cheese and leftover corn layered inside!

Stick in the freezer for use later in soup.

Use them in frittatas, quiche or flans.
